1. Overview

Welcome to Decoflame New Zealand.
By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.decoflame.co.nz), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, suppliers, and affiliates. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and current.

However, Decoflame New Zealand reserves the right to:

  • Correct typographical or pricing errors.
  • Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • Limit quantities available for sale or delivery.

All measurements and specifications are approximate and provided for guidance only. Please confirm dimensions and requirements prior to ordering.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted via our secure Shopify checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and other methods shown at checkout. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect all deliveries immediately and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Custom-made or special-order fireplaces are non-returnable except where required by law. Please refer to the full Return Policy available on our website.

7. Warranty

All Decoflame fireplaces come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
For warranty claims, contact sales@decoflame.co.nz with proof of purchase and supporting details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Decoflame New Zealand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.
  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the product purchased.
    Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, text, designs, trademarks, and logos appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Decoflame Denmark or Ignition Works Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil orders or comply with legal obligations.

11. Governing Law
